About Decatur Gardener
Decatur Gardener is a premium quality, locally owned and operated, full service landscape maintenance company providing lawn care to homes in various cities across Dekalb County and Gwinnett County, Georgia. Our company has been serving Decatur (under the brand Decatur Gardener) and Lilburn (under the brand Lilburn Landscape) neighborhoods for over 30 years.
We Are Hiring
We are looking for a hard working and enthusiastic individual to join our landscaping team and help perform landscape maintenance activities for our clients. Our landscaping team is responsible for the clients both of Decatur Gardener and Lilburn Landscape. We meet in Lilburn at the beginning of the day and then travel together to client properties across Lilburn and Decatur before returning back to Lilburn to store the landscaping equipment.
All our landscape team members are overseen and mentored by Porter Deal, a trained horticulturist of over 30 years. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more and grow your skills in high quality landscape care.
Join Our Team
This is a physically demanding job working outdoors. Applicants must be able to show up on time and work an 8 hour day. Having a driver’s license is required.
Previous landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus. We take pride in our work and always strive to deliver service above and beyond our clients’ expectations.
Pay runs $11 – $18 / hour, depending on experience and skill level.
